The best recording of this piece is the original band version, recorded at a live U.S. Air Force Academy Band concert in Denver’s Boettcher Concert Hall (https://ronaldfostermusic.com/works.php?id=400&genre=Band%20&%20Wind%20Ensemble). Unfortunately, the Milwaukee Symphony's superb performances in Uihlein Hall were not recorded, and the orchestral version recording presented here is less spirited and technically accurate (at the beginning) than the band recording.
